Design Process Compliance:

By opting for our services at Coastal Craftwork, you agree to follow our design processes. This includes providing us with essential information about your lifestyle and space, which will help us to design your space to the best of our abilities. Timely responses to our information requests are appreciated to ensure a smooth design experience.

Design Delays and Appointment Rescheduling:

Our services and pricing may change over time. Therefore, all services expire six months after purchase, and after this period, pricing and availability may change. With that in mind, if you have not finalized the design or rescheduled your appointment within six months of purchase, your order will be canceled, and your refund will be forfeited. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to maintain efficiency and timely completion of projects.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Your privacy is important to us, and we prioritize safeguarding your personal information. We will not use or sell your personal information to any third parties outside of Coastal Craftwork. We will only collect and use your information as necessary to complete our design obligations to you.

Use of Designs for Marketing Purposes:

We may use images of your designed space for marketing purposes, such as showcasing your design on our website and social media channels. Your privacy is important to us, and we assure you that we do not disclose any personal information, ensuring your anonymity.

Before and After Images:

By purchasing our services, you agree that we may use a before image of your space alongside after images for marketing purposes to showcase the transformation achieved through our services.

Importance of Marketing for Small Business Survival:

As a small business, we heavily rely on online and social media marketing to promote our services and attract new clients. Sharing completed projects and client designs is crucial for our survival and growth. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you support our ability to reach a wider audience and continue providing exceptional interior design solutions.

Opt-out Option:

If you prefer that your designs remain private and not be utilized in our marketing efforts, please inform us at the time of purchase, and we will ensure your request is respected.

Liability Limitation:

While we strive for excellence in all aspects of our interior design services, Coastal Craftwork cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question.

Upon full payment for the services, you will have the right to use the designs for the intended purposes, but all other rights remain with Coastal Craftwork.
