Shipping + Returns
Currently, Coastal Craftwork ships to Canada and the United States. Shipping rates will vary depending on the size of the item and on your country. We strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, and we offerreduced shipping rates on multiple item orders. Expedited shipping is available and can be added/ calculated upon checkout. Please note, expedited shipping expedites only the shipping service, not our order turnaround.
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
Orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post.
US orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Coastal Craftwork nor are they set by Coastal Craftwork rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. Coastal Craftwork items are all made 100% in Canada - this means they fall under the terms of NAFTA so you should not have customs fees due upon receipt of our goods. But, it's really up to the customs agents and their mood when our package goes through, we are not accountable if you incur customs fees.
We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
At this time, no taxes will be charged on any items ordered from Coastal Craftwork.
International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
